When anxiety strikes, it often leads to a whirlwind of racing thoughts and self-doubt. This cycle can leave you feeling trapped and yearning to wrap yourself in your comforter, hide from your to-do list, and stay in bed all day.

You think a lot and wish for an escape from your mind. Decisions are hard to make, and procrastination is your go-to excuse for not doing what needs doing.

Feeling confident, calm, and empowered as you go through your day is something you desire but can’t achieve.

Yoga and meditation can give your mind a break.

You will experience the wisdom your body has to offer you through breath and movement. As you lean in, you start to make better decisions and realize that your intuition comes from the body, not the mind.

We will work together to help you gain and use new tools to reduce anxiety and feel more confident in your skin.

Learning to breathe through discomfort is a skill that will take you far in life. As a result, you will begin to notice feeling calmer as you knock things off your to-do list.

You will feel the ability to find peace, even in a busy, hectic environment.

After a few months of adding yoga + meditation to our weekly sessions, you now self-regulate and feel empowered. You ask yourself, “How could feeling good have been this simple all along?”

The following is a list of the sessions I offer.

  • 50 minutes of yoga + meditation
  • 20-minute yoga/meditation + 30-minute psychotherapy
  • 50-minute yoga/meditation + 30-minute psychotherapy
