There’s a giant boulder on your chest…
…making it hard to breathe.
You’re caught in the grind, trying to be everything for everyone, but somewhere along the way, you lost sight of you. You thought achieving more would finally bring the peace and confidence you crave, but instead, it’s left you feeling emptier and more lost.
What you really crave is purpose.
You want to feel confident, radiant, and at home in your body – sexy and unstoppable. You’re longing for a life that’s vibrant and filled with passion, but you don’t know where to start. You need direction.
You deserve a life that excites you, with a supportive community and the fierce kind of self-love that lights you up from the inside out. It’s time to learn about yourself, understand your experiences, and step into your true power.
It sounds like individual therapy is what you need.
An ideal therapist sees your strengths and helps you capitalize on them. At the same time, you want a therapist who will point out your patterns and weaknesses. Ultimately, you know you’ll thrive with a therapist who respects your resilience and tenacity and supports you in fighting for what you want for yourself.
Here’s what to expect from therapy with me.
Our work together will begin with a 15-minute intro call to learn why you want support, see how I can be helpful, and ask any questions or address concerns. Our sessions will start once we gain a picture of what you need.
Weekly sessions are 50 or 80 minutes long and involve in-depth, intensive work. Sometimes, you may feel worse after a session. That is part of the healing process. Pain and discomfort will come up, and the exciting part is that things will start to shift when you allow yourself to feel that pain. The dark cloud lifts, and sunshine pours in. We must go through the discomfort to get to the other side, which is growth. Oh, and it feels fantastic.
Therapy lets you believe in yourself and your future, helps you learn what you want from life, and stops you from procrastinating. It lets you stay focused on your goals and stop hating on yourself. You will start to have fun with your damaged, goofball self, who’s awesome and relatable.
You will feel excited and hopeful! If you are ready to change your life, give me a call or send a text to (323) 863-3381.
