It depends on the services you are looking for. Please call me at (323) 863-3381 so I can best answer this question.
Do you take insurance?
I am considered an out-of-network provider, so I do not participate in insurance panels.
However, If you have out-of-network behavioral health benefits, I’ve got you covered. I’ll provide you with a monthly invoice that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. If you’re unsure about your health plan’s claim procedure, call your insurance company – they’ll have all the answers.

Does therapy make things feel worse before they get better?
Imagine therapy as an excavation journey into the depths of your psyche. Sometimes, digging up dusty emotions can feel uncomfortable. But once you’ve done a lot of the cleaning, you will feel much better.
Carl Jung would say, “One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious.” Translation: We’ve got to shine a light on the shadowy parts of ourselves to heal. It might initially feel messy and intense like you’re wading through an emotional swamp. But trust me, it’s worth it.
