What happened to your relationship?
Once upon a time, you were the couple everyone envied, believing you were two peas in a cosmic pod. You did everything together. Although your sex life faded, it felt like a small price for the deep connection you shared.
But now, one of you feels suffocated, desperately craving some breathing room but feeling guilty for even wanting it. The other is hurt and confused. You’re both scared to speak your truth, walking on eggshells and holding back unsaid words that get bottled up inside.
You’re frustrated by the bickering, the impending doom of the next battle. You’ve heard that healthy disagreements can bring you closer, but you don’t know how to fight fair and create deeper repair and connection after an argument. Although the two of you want to feel satisfied and have a vibrant sex life, it feels like too much effort to figure out how to spice things up in a way where you also feel loved and seen.
You realize how incredible life can be with a thriving partnership. You yearn for a partner you can deeply trust. One you have a blast with, cry with, be your full authentic self with, and feel united to take on the world with, hand in hand. Or hand-on booty 😉

Here’s how our journey together will go.
Most of our sessions are with both/all partners, but sometimes, I’ll meet with each of you individually to get a better grasp of your backgrounds, especially when other mental health issues and trauma are involved.
We won’t rehash last week’s arguments. Instead, we’ll focus on the process. I’ll help you “fight fair” and develop a plan to improve satisfaction and contentment. It will be challenging and enriching.
Specifically, I’ll help each partner recognize how they contribute to the relationship’s difficulties and encourage them to adjust behaviors that fuel dysfunction. Together, we’ll identify what each person needs to do to make the relationship more functional. You’ll learn about trauma and its effects on intimate relationships, and we’ll implement tools to help you break out of retraumatizing patterns.
If you’re a couple that struggles with honest communication, I’ll create a safe space and support you in speaking more openly and being received well for it, even when it feels vulnerable and scary.
